When you place an order for any products from www.thebarbershop.dk , you are buying the product at the price stated at the time of order, subject to these terms. Through the checkout process you are always asked to read and accept the terms and conditions before you finish the checkout and confirm your order. We strongly recommend you to read these, so you fully understand your rights and also how the delivery and return policy is. 
Furthermore by entering our website, you are declaring that you are of legal age of your contry. We remind you that its only legal to buy alcohol from us, if you are of legal age. 

ORDERING AND PAYMENT POLICY

All our prices are in Danish kroner with Danish V.A.T and other charges. Our price are updated daily. The prices on the purchased date is the one which is valid for your order. Please note if you use our currency converter, that it is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates.
You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes, which may apply when the products are delivered. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs may be. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

We always try to make sure that the prices on www.thebarbershop.dk are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If the order is cancelled, we will refund you for any payments made. If we cannot get hold of you using the contact information given we will cancel and refund the order.

When you have confirmed you order and finish payment proces, you will receive and online confirmation from us. If you haven’t received this confirmation within an hour you should contact us. 
Furthermore you should receive and email from us the same day, that your order has been dispatched.

PAYMENT

We accept following creditcards: . Visa . Visa Electron . MasterCard . MasterCard Debit . Maestro Online payment with creditcard
Once the order has been dispatched we charge your creditcard. 
Our payment process uses a safe and secure encrypted SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means payment information provided to us by you is HTTPS encrypted. This means that no one else can access your information because they would not have the suitable decryption key to decipher it. We use AutoSSL certificates in our servers. 
Delivery
All products in stock are dispatched within 24 hours, therefore you should expect 1-2 days of delivery. The orders are shipped as first come first served. During sales, birthdays , special holidays there might be longer delivery time. Also costumized products will have a longer delivery, which will be clear in the products in which they apply. 
We currently only ship to Denmark.

We use GLS for for our delivery.
0-5 kg : 37 (+ V.A.T)
5-10 kg : 46 (+ V.A.T)
10-15 kg: 59 (+ V.A.T)
15-20kg: 69 (+ V.A.T)
For home delivery same prices apply + 19 kr .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a ”Track-and-Trace” number, enabling you to follow your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you buy from www.thebarbershop.dk you have a 14  days of cooling off period from the day after receipt of the item. During these 14 days, you may decide your item is not suitable and wish to return the order. You will be able to return the goods for a full refund, however the return postage will be borne by you unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the item is faulty or damaged, we may collect the item from you. You can notify us of cancellation in writing to shop@thebarbershop.dk .

Please note that all unwanted returned items must be in a full un-used condition and in the original packaging.

•   Events and Services  - however if you cancel latest 72 hours before we offer 50% refund.  
•  Customized Products – If you order products that specially made for you.   
•  Spirits/alcohol - where the seal has been broken. 

We request that customers take reasonable care of their goods until they are returned to The Barbershop ApS. We recommend that goods are suitably packaged for transit and that a secure and traceable delivery service is used. Please ensure that you get a receipt for proof of postage.

RETURN POLICY FOR EVENTS AND SERVICES

Since our events are private and are limited when it comes to amount participants, and we do prepare and book staff for the different types of events we do, we do not refunds, unless you cancel latest 72 hours before, then we offer 50 % refund. 
If we should have co cancel the event from our part, we of course give a full refund. Complaints
Following the Danish rules and legislations we offer 24 months of complaint period. This means that you can get the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or get a price reduction, depending on the situation. 
Improper use or misuse of the products are not covered within your complaint rights.  
Complains regarding products that are defect should be informed to The Barbershop ApS within a reasonable time limit. We regard two months as being within reasonable time.  
If your complaint is justified we will pay your shipping cost.
